"We see the world piece by piece, as the sun, the moon, the animal, the tree; but the whole, of which these are the
shining parts, is the soul."

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Lea’s Story:

Several times in my life I have come close to dying.
And in 2005, I cared for my daughters’ father as he died of cancer. Each of these experiences was frightening and terrible and each one has cracked me open and helped me to remember why I’m here and who I really am.
As terrifying and tragic and painful as death is, it helps me remember to cherish this precious life of ours and wakes me up to feel the perfect gift of each day.
I am alive here and now in this imperfectly perfect body,
on this sacred Earth Home.
And so are you.

Right here, Right now.

Such a gift.

How do we fully receive this gift of our life?

How do we stay awake to the remembering?

Sometimes it is the difficult experiences that call us back into remembering.

The winter I was 34, I had a serious health breakdown.
Between caring for three young daughters, attending graduate school, doing a yoga teacher apprenticeship and volunteering in the local grade school, I put my busy schedule ahead of my body’s signals.(Ironically, I was, at the time, writing a research paper on mind-body healing!) I pushed through fatigue, a variety of symptoms and several minor colds and flu until I completely collapsed.

For weeks I could barely sit up in bed long enough to read a book to my three-year-old twins. For months I was exhausted, ached all over as if I had been run over by a truck and left my bed only for short periods of time. I was diagnosed with pericarditis, arrhythmia, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. For three years I had periods of relapses, or flares, of my symptoms in which I would again feel terrible and have no energy.
Yet, today, 20 years later, I am healthy, strong and vibrantly happy.
I rarely have any physical symptoms and actually feel better than I did in my thirties. I love to dance, hike, travel and work on my ten acres of land.

As I look back, I realize that my illness was a great gift that helped me live my life more deeply from my soul.
When I was very sick, my Wise Inner Teacher showed me the core problem. Beyond the diagnosis and the medical jargon, I could see that I was depleted, deeply depleted. I had allowed my inner reserves to get so deeply depleted that I could have died.

And I realized that my big task was to replenish my inner reserves from the deepest soul level. Although I had been involved in mind-body healing and transformational spiritual practices since I was a young teen, I now plunged in and began studying them- as if my life depended on it! I did deep inner work, studied many forms of energy healing and got my master’s degree in psychology with the emphasis on mind body healing. I healed myself and built a successful and satisfying career around helping others create deep healing.
While recovering from my own illness and from my addiction to over-doing, I began developing the rich resources that I now teach as my Replenish Your Soul system.
These are simple, enjoyable, profound and powerfully transformational practices and processes that draw upon ancient healing traditions as well as modern mind-body techniques.

I bring these practices together in a way that is perfectly suited for busy entrepreneurs, artists and healers who want to empower their lives from a natural, sustainable flow of energy. I support my clients and students in shifting, as I did, from Struggling in Depletion to Thriving in Replenishment.

As a creative entrepreneur, coach, speaker and healer, I need my vibrant energy and inner, soul power to bring my dreams and light to the world.

So do you.

Let me help you Replenish Your Soul.
