I know that Depletion Place all too well. I’ve been there myself.
As a transformational coach, healer, teacher and speaker, I love my work. I am so grateful to have a heart centered business that allows me to express my soul while helping lots of people.
To bring my gifts to the world in a really healthy way, I have had to transform powerful personal and cultural patterns. For much of my early success I relied too much on self-destructive, depleting strategies to achieve. I over-rode my body’s signals, ignored the urgings of my soul and pushed myself too far.
In my early thirties, I pushed so hard that I had a serious health breakdown. I completely collapsed. It was terrifying and shook me to my core.
And it turned out to be a wonderful gift. Yes, I know - it sounds sappy - and it’s really true. I think that collapse saved my life. It certainly woke me up to what really matters and helped call me back more fully into my River of Soul. Afterwards I rebuilt my health, my relationships and my career from the inside out.
Soul Replenishment has become my personal daily priority and my mission in the world.
I have committed my life to replenishing and living my life from my Deep Soul Source and to supporting and empowering others as they shift from Depletion to Replenishment.
Depletion is a way of life in our busy modern culture. I’ve worked with thousands of people in hospitals, corporate board rooms, yoga centers, therapy sessions, spas, spiritual retreats and business seminars who are running on empty. People like you: creative, bright, talented, sensitive people who have depleted their inner reserves and who are relying on external strategies of business and success, working too hard and pushing too much. They are depleting their inner reserves to the point that their health, relationships, happiness, wellbeing and careers are in danger.
